:/ Reception with old jasmine tea was ok. Had lemon chicken (oil used to fry tasted old/off) kinda grossed me out, bowl of rice was really dry, but whatever, chop suey was very good, and the chow mein was just alright. Rating food a 3.5/5. The Waitress whisked away dishes right away. So on that point she was attentive. However, at end we go to pay the tab. I told the waitress we were overcharged because we didn’t get one of the dishes. She started to argue with me and my husband. She whisked dishes away so what can I say? To avoid further escalating the conflict because we were with our kids we politely paid our tab and left. I was not satisfied overall because I left feeling stressed out and cheated by this situation. They had a clean bathroom, most of waiters were nice. family vibe, and the Bruce Lee memorabilia were FAN-tastic. Btw: Please clean your fish tank in the reception area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Best chinese food ever!! 9 of us had the family meal and it was wonderful. Every dish was better than the than the one before. Great service! A Timeless Gem - Tai Tung Restaurant What can I say? Tai Tung has been a part of my life for decades. I’ve been coming here since 10, when I first moved to Seattle, and now at 39, it’s still my go-to spot. The owner and staff have watched me grow up, and their warm hospitality keeps bringing me back. The one dish I can never get enough of is their Deep Fried Squid—simply unmatched. I’ve tried this dish at countless Chinese restaurants, but Tai Tung’s version hits differently every time. I always get TWO orders, especially since I live 40 minutes away from Seattle—I have to make the trip worthwhile! Their Seafood Chow Mein with crispy noodles, Egg Foo Young, and Sweet and Sour Deep Fried Shrimp are also incredible. I like how they automatically put the sauce on the side, giving a choice how much sauce you want to put. There are so many great dishes to choose from, but these are my absolute favorites. If you’re in the area (or even if you’re not), I highly recommend stopping by Tai Tung. It’s a Seattle institution for a reason! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
