Everything was freshly prepared, well‑crafted, and served piping hot, as they only start cooking after you order. Highly recommend trying the Pufferfish Sashimi (フグ刺し), Grilled Fish, Tempura, and Steamed Egg (茶碗蒸し). Each dish was beautifully done. Chef 井上さん is passionate, welcoming, and happy to chat with guests. Even with different languages, communication felt natural in this cozy space. A wonderful meal from start to finish.
