Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Taj Mahal Restaurant. My spouse and I went there based on fond memories from past visits and ordered two meat-based dishes. According to the menu and the waiter’s explanation, the dishes were supposed to contain lamb. However, the meat chunks were so large and tough that they seemed more like beef from an old bull than lamb. The flavor of the curries was nothing like what we had previously enjoyed. The meat was extremely tough, unpleasant in taste, and nearly inedible. We had to call the waiter over and ask again if it was truly lamb. The quality of the food has significantly declined, and it no longer matches the high standards this restaurant once had. Considering the very high prices and poor quality, I cannot recommend Taj Mahal Restaurant to anyone anymore.
