I visited Shimabara for dinner. I went there because it was close to the hotel I was staying at and it was open until 10pm, and it turned out to be a very good Indian restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The spacious store is also clean and relaxing. The BGM is also good with local music. I ordered the Taj Mahal set and my wife ordered the women's set. You can choose naan or rice, but I tried rice. The set includes two types of curry to choose from, tandoori chicken + shish kebab, salad + drink of choice. The ladies set includes fresh spring rolls + a drink of your choice. I wanted to try two types of curry, so I tried the Taj Mahal set. Pork dopyaja curry + butter chicken curry. It was a masterpiece of authentic curry, and I had lots of chicken and pork toppings. For me, it was the right decision not to choose naan. I wanted to taste the difference in spiciness, so I tried medium pork curry and hot chicken curry. It's quite spicy. It is medium and generally spicy. It's hot and spicy enough to make you wonder, "Isn't it really spicy?" Even though the air conditioning in the store was cool, I was sweating. The spicy tandoori chicken was also delicious. The lassi was a delicious drink to choose from, and it felt delicious on my flushed body.
