Ordered item: House special mix biryani. Okay, lets start this review by saying that THE FOOD IS NOT AN AUTHENTIC INDIAN CUISINE. For the readers I am an Indian who likes to eat biryani where ever I can find one, this day it happened to be from Taj restaurant. It was a delivery order of mix biryani my review for it: Quality: (0 stars) Sticky rice with some meat pieces, if you call this biryani please change the price to 5$ and change the name to LEFT OVER BIRYANI SPECIAL. Sorry to say but it was not worth 20$ and I was skeptical about the quality so had to dump it ! Quantity: (0 stars) Hehe I am still in shock as soon as I opened the container I was like that’s it ???? I understand one biryani is not enough for me but come on this was like appetizer’s size biryani . Please change it from Main course to appetizer. Delivery: (5 stars) The deliver was on time plus delivery guy was also corporative. Overall: (2 stars) I personally called the business about the issue and they offered me some more freebie but I was like once a mistake is done is done. I asked for my half refund for which they agreed and paid me 10$. For business: Please ! Please ! Please ! Improve your quality of food, service, anf staff. You guys represent the authenticity of Indian cuisine, I request you to take some actions and once it’s done you get repeating customers. The quality that I was offered I would never risk putting my 20$ again. Good luck guys !
