I love cuisines without animal products, but Tajfun is a huge disappointment for me. First of all, 45 minutes of waiting for the order, which would have been fine if the waiter had said that they were busy or something. Secondly, food. The ramen was supposed to have a tempura tofu skin, some parts actually had tofu skin in them, but others were tempura flavor, and the ramen itself was fried too long, not salty at all and without much taste. The portion of rice dumplings is tiny. The edamame was good, as was the mango lassi.
