My first visit, I bought takoyaki and it was very delicious. I think takoyaki comes in a variety of flavors and textures, but the takoyaki here are quite soft, and when you look at the pack of takoyaki spread out, you can hardly discern the boundaries between each takoyaki, making it look just like okonomiyaki. It has become. However, if you lift it up, each piece is independent. Personally, I don't like takoyaki that are very hard, but it seems like the rest of the world doesn't think so, as most restaurants now make takoyaki with a texture that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I used to be a fan of a restaurant like Tajima-san that made takoyaki, but I was disappointed when the owner closed down due to old age.
