Very disappointing service. I clearly asked to pack Karak with Omani khubz and croissant, but they gave the tea in an open disposable cup without care. This is disrespectful to customers and needs immediate improvement. Price per person: OMR 16–18 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
