If you're looking for Thai in Poway, this is your best bet! I have been to every Thai place in poway, and this is the place to go for the most authentic Thai food, amazing Thai tea, and excellent staff. There are occasions when the spice level isn't always the same, where "spicy" is more "medium" than other days. But the food is always stellar! Shared a great takeout meal from Takhrai Thai. We really enjoyed the cashew chicken. The cream cheese wontons were great and we really enjoyed the small amount of spice in the plum sauce for dipping. Pad thai shrimp was pretty good as was the yellow currie and drunken noodles. We got medium spice level on everything and thought it was a true medium spicy. The Thai tea was great as well.
