This pub really knows how to create a great atmosphere! Amir was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience memorable. Be sure to ask for him if you want to make the most of your visit. The prices are fair, the music is excellent, and the overall vibe is fantastic. Highly recommended! The waiters seem to believe they are the only ones deserving of service. They appear to be primarily interested in their own entertainment rather than attending to customers. It’s shameful to receive such treatment at a well-known establishment like Iris Pub, which has a prominent reputation. Their pizza wasn't good as well. Toilet was not clean, no tissue.. Not good day for me. I am updating this review once again. It is unbelievable that, after seeing my review on Google Maps, a waiter and another man who claimed to be the manager came to my table and attempted to pressure and intimidate me. I found their behavior extremely unprofessional and quite intimidating. They tried to offer me a free pizza, but that is not a solution to poor service. Professionalism is not about giving away free food as compensation. If a customer could not afford pizza, they would not come to an Irish pub to eat pizza and drink beer in the first place. What management should focus on is training their staff and improving the quality of service. This business would benefit far more from providing a better customer experience than from trying to compensate for poor service with free food. I am updating my review for the third time. Unfortunately, the aggressive behavior has continued. A waiter, accompanied by a man who appeared to be the owner, approached me again. They asked me to leave my table and pulled me outside the Irish Pub Karaköy branch. I do not understand what this was supposed to achieve. The man, who seemed to be the owner, spoke to me in English and repeatedly told me to stand up and go outside. Together, they pressured me to leave the premises so they could discuss my Google review. I found this behavior extremely inappropriate, intimidating, and unprofessional. A customer should never feel pressured, confronted, or removed from their table because of a review they posted online. Instead of addressing the concerns raised in the review through professional customer service, they chose to confront me directly, which only reinforced my negative experience. The issue is not the review itself but the way I was treated after expressing my honest opinion about the service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not happen to any customer.
