This is an excellent restaurant for those who are looking for delicious Hida-beef dishes: udon and soba noodles, sukiyaki rice bowl, and curry and rice, all come with skillfully cooked Hida beef. Just as the name of the restaurant "Takumi" means "master artisan," the owners -- a married couple -- are also artistic, decorating the interior of the restaurant with beautiful traditional craftworks. A very nice place!
