I’m so happy I came back here after all this time… the experience just reminded me of how great and consistently professional Le Talleyrand is… Everything was good, from the valet parking to the welcoming, the waiters, the service, the cutlery and the quality and freshness. I recommend it.
Even their toilets are cleaned and decorated to the perfection and a lovely lady makes sure that everything is there before you go in.
●Order: The menu a la carte was pre ordered. First the Duo d'asperges vertes & artichauts with sayce vinaigre de xeres. Very simple yet tasty. Then the crevettes thermidor in a perfect mix. The main plate was fish- based, I preferred to order their famous steak au poivre instead with french fries. It was indeed the best steak that I've tasted in my life (and i've tasted many...). perfectly cooked steak with a really seasonned sauce au poivre. Most tender beef and the juicies. Accurately all the right features of the perfect steam. The french fries were a good side platter to this heavenly good beef.
From the unlimited deserts that were served in the end, I had the fondant au chocolat, pain perdu, milles feuilles and corner de glace. The milles feuilles is their specialty and it is worth it!
●I highly recommend the steak au poivre. Definitely my favorite one in Lebanon
