Stopped by there with my family. After 17 years of working and enjoying fine dining in different environments throughout the US, I know what good food and excellent service means. I'm grateful for my mom and sister taking me there, but I was also thrilled about the very tasty food and outstanding service. Our server was gracious and attentive and always on cue with everything that was needed, almost felt like he was reading our minds. Afinata was out of this world. Also the duck with plum sauce... Finger licking good, as they say. Generally speaking I'm not a fan of soups, but the chef did a great job with the tripe soup and the bean/ ham soup. Will definitely have to come back! Thank you kindly, y'all! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited Tamas bistro for the second time, this time we were disappointed, the dinner was tasty, the soup was very local, the goulash was also okay, the dessert, despite the claim that it is a traditional "szekelyi", was a purchased chessecake with an apricot glaze - rather a thin jam. Since we were also accommodated, the main problem arose now, the room was fine, but warm, even lukewarm water did not flow either in the evening or in the morning, and breakfast - since we were a larger group - 50 people, we assumed that buffets would be prepared for such number of people, but they probably didn't guess, after 30 people, the bread ran out and half of the diners didn't see the ham and sausages (which weren't even cooked), only dry, unidentifiable salami was left. The only thing that "lasted" until the end was the bread in the egg and the bread divided into three parts. Rooms: No hot water at the time of visit Food & drinks: Wine overpriced, food small portions, unfortunately extremely undersized at breakfast.
