I can't seem to get over how offended I was and absolutely insulted by the (quasi) hostess. Being a black man who is old enough to have experienced blatant racism many times over the course of my life; I can't seem to view this incident any other way! You decide... I walk into the RESTAURANT at NOON on a Friday and walk straight up to the Hostess stand, and the elderly caucasian lady behind the stand looks at me with a terrified look on her face and says to me (and I quote verbatim) "Is there something I can help you with?" I didn’t say a word as I'm trying to figure out why would she say such a thing. So as I'm processing this, she then says (and I quote): "Do you want a table?" Now, I'm angry! I'm thinking, I walk into a restaurant at lunch time in America, what in the hell do you think I want!!! After being seated, I was sitting close enough to the hostess stand to observe and hear other customers who came in, NONE of whom were asked what they wanted or why they were there! So what was it about ME that made her feel it necessary to ask such ridiculous and insulting questions???

Great local craft brewery. They also have a full liquor bar and some really good food. Inside has a nice environment, with a view of the beer brewery. They also have an outdoor bar area that is a nice place to have some drinks.

Tampa Bay Brewing Company, or as I like to call it, the friendliest beer spot in town! Been here since perhaps like Gaspars time maybe? Kidding of course! What I'm not kidding about is the long standing quality of this incredible brewery. Picture this: your taste buds doing a happy dance with each sip, surrounded by an atmosphere that feels like a warm, beery hug. They have a different been on tap quite often and if you don't know what you want - get a flight and try them all! I do have to highlight that Dave makes some truly incredible mojitos. I got a coconut flavored one and that extra sprinkle of love as a secret ingredient made all the difference! I will ceremony come back for Daves perfection of mojito alone. It goes without saying that service here is always great and you leave here with uplifted spirits - see what I did there ;) TBBC isn't just a brewery; it's that cool friend who always knows how to throw the best parties, only with a fantastic selection of craft beers. So, if your idea of a perfect evening involves laughter, friends, and top-notch brews, TBBC is your go-to spot. Cheers to good times and even better beers!
