Was in the area yesterday while waiting for a cab we were going to get a quick bite. Come to find out that they had a sign up saying masks are mandatory. No thanks, so we sat out in the cold instead. Sorry this isn't 2020 masks aren't mandatory, nobody has a mask on hand no more. Very unwelcoming and rude. Nobody is rushing home to get a mask for an off brand coffee, just go to Starbucks or tims next door. Tans coffee is mid at BEST, and thats being nice. So no I will not wear a mask mask for your mid coffee. Service: 1

Extremely rude and unprofessional service this morning. Barista did not greet me aside from her glaring eyes that told me she was really irritated with my presence. In fact, she didn't speak a single word to me during the whole interaction. My beverage was placed on the counter when it was ready and then the barista went out back. My friend received equally shameful service. Tim Hortons provides infinitely better service then this. I will not walk through the door of a Tan Coffee in the rest of my days on this planet. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked in, and was the only one there. The barrista quickly came out, but didn't look at me or talk at all. I placed my order and she quickly got my scone and hot chocolate, but was obviously irritated, huffy. At the end, I thanked her and wished her a good day. She ignored me and went in the back. This was my first time here. I just moved to Coldbrook. I wanted to support local. But she didn't seem to want me there... Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CAD 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
