We went there for dinner with a set menu. What a surprisingly good meal! The chef is very skillful in preparing traditional Japanese dishes with a creative touch. All the ingredients used were fresh and high quality. Some of the more memorable dishes are: Steamed egg custard with Fugu fish soup; Seafood broth with yuba, mushrooms, fresh vegetables; grilled Amadai, taro with chef’s own miso sauce; incredible Anago tempura; extremely tender shabu shabu wagyu beef (shoulder); and lastly heavenly desserts of fresh grape juice on shaved ice and freshly made mochi.
