very friendly staff who knows conversational english. food is good and served really fast. the atmosphere in the place is great. they have english menu as well Price per person: ₸10,000–15,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food itself was enjoyable, but the overall experience was let down by extremely poor service. Requests went unanswered despite repeated attempts, orders were never answered, and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the mistakes. Even settling the bill took an unreasonably long time. Unfortunately, the service quality no where matches the standards implied by the 10% service charge. Price per person: ₸5,000–10,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had the salmon poke bowl and fell in love at first bite. For being Central Asia (and me being an absolute FAN of poke bowls) this really hit the spot for me. Would have loved for some fried onion to be sprinkled on top or some red onion to give it a little crunch. Or a little lettuce/spinach mixed in with the rice. Would definitely head back to Tanuki for some sushi or another poke bowl - this place was such a pleasant surprise for me. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
