Came in on a quiet lunch the place only had two other tables in the restaurant the waitress came over immediately with menus and asked of we were ready to order after saying we need to look at the menu she proceeded to ignore us for 20 minutes in the 20 that she ignored us another couple had came been seated drinks orded and food given to them before she realized that we have been flagging her to come over then she was abruptly rude to us she got the order wrong and she over charged us and the coffee was burnt and undrinkable so we left discussed and got coffee else where.
contacted management about the issue ans yet to get a reply and its been 8 days. so all in all horrendous experience and rude customer service and a waste of money definitely will not be back and will not/never recommend this place to anyone unless u want dog food!

Yummy food, friendly staff & a great location!. It is unfortunate to read of the previous diner's
experience- it sounds like they were in on a rough night. I had quite the opposite experience- meals were yummy & cooked to perfection, service with a smile & a great atmosphere. I came in first with friends for dinner one night & was so pleased with the experience that I came back last week with colleagues for lunch. We pre-ordered & meals & drinks were ready when we arrived so we were in and out within our half hour lunch break time. $10 lunch special wrap was yummy, filling & well priced. I've already recommended Tap & Flame to family & friends and I'll definitely be back myself!

Bad experience. I dined in your restaurant a few weeks ago. It was around 8 pm when we came in and asked if we could get a table for 4. Not a problem. Our order was taken (entree and mains) and drinks. Our drinks took quite a while to come out but that's not a problem. But when the waiter put the order in the kitchen I thought it was quite unprofessional that we could hear the chef say "they have to pay extra for that". More than $2 for an egg on the side of a dish where on the menu it's pictured with an egg??? Anyway that was fine then our mains come out. (2 of our meals sides were wrong). Then the waiter came over to let us know he forgot to order our entrees and asked if we still wanted them. Yes we did. The cheesy garlic bread and satay sticks came out. To start the chicken wasn't all cooked and the garlic bread seemed to be like that store bought ready to bake roll from Coles that had been microwaved, because the kitchen must have been packing up, that was the soggiest thing ever. I don't usually complain as I am in the hospitality industry but all in all it was the worst dining experienceI have had. Will not be back.
