We were disappointed with the service during our recent visit. The lady in black (with a noticeable mole on her face) assisted us, and although she granted our request to add another table since we were initially placed at a 2-seater and the aircon above my husband was leaking, her manner felt unfriendly. There was no smile, no warmth at pinapakitang napipilitan lang. We brushed it off at first, thinking maybe she was just tired or preoccupied. However, what really upset us was when we asked for a water refill. She smirked and frown as if it was a bother, which made the experience uncomfortable for us as customers. We actually love this branch of Tapa King, and we keep coming back because of the food but if this is the kind of service we will experience moving forward, it might affect our decision to return.
