This is one of the smallest bars that I’ve ever been to! A cozy atmosphere, and good service. Tapfield had the best personnel we met on our trip to this country. Most waitresses at the other restaurants we visited had stone faces. If you like beer, this is a place to visit in Athens. I have only one complaint. I asked for smoothie beer. They had three different alternatives - from Australia, Germany and Sweden. Originally, I wanted beer from Greece. But since Australia was most far away from Norway (my country), I specified that I was not interested in the one from Sweden. The place was near our hotel. And since we were so satisfied, we returned the day after. My friend wanted the smoothie beer that I had the day before, since it tasted so good. Then we realized that the beer was from Sweden… I trusted the bartender, and hadn’t read at the box… But also, since this smoothie beer tasted so good, we now know where to get it again. Sweden next!
