Friendly cashiers, new items and fast service. Love the new design and set up with the new color scheme and room. Fav place to get almond milk tea boba.

At the end of the day it’s just you and a bloody good bubble tea and a meal. Tapioca Express (est 1999) is a small bubble tea place in Arcadia that provides good quality teas, boba, and snacks. It is located in a small plaza on 2nd Ave and Duarte Rd. They have expanded across California and into other states, including Washington, Texas, and Virginia. Their interior atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Moreover, it’s very spacious, neat and well lit and as well as their outdoor front patio. I arrived here on a late afternoon to grab a drink and food. I was warmly greeted by a staff. They have a wide selection of drinks and food-snacks on their menu. For drinks, they offer a regular and a large size. After perusing it, I order a Jasmine Green Tea with boba and a Japanese BBQ chicken rice meal. The JGTea was really refreshing and perfectly sweetened. Boba pearl was soft, chewy and sweet. Similarly, the food was very scrumptious. Prices were very reasonable and competitive. Staff were assiduous and exhibit proper decorum. Furthermore, they were following health protocol. Service was moderately fast. Overall, I highly enjoyed my drink and food. I highly recommend this place.
