That's a good idea to order perfectly cooked garlic rice, belly pork and fried eggs. The chef at this place cooks good halo halo, ice cream and leche flans. It's time to degustate delicious ice tea or great pineapple juice.

Called in a order for a tray of lumpia for Sunday football like I always do, and everytime it was ready when I get there, but this time it wasn't. They didn't put it in the fryer until I got there. Told them to cancel and left. Found a new place in Hayward Toto's Grill, they have the same lumpia. That's where I go now.

Went to eat at this small pilipino Restuarant with a friend and the food was Good!! I ordered the Tapsilog, Tosilog, Adobosilog, Bagnetsilog, liempo, and each order comes with garlic rice and an Egg...The food was pretty good so I now come often..its opened late night on Fridays and Saturdays so if you Crave filipino Food stop By!!! I would recommend!!!

My boyfriend & I have been here multiple times, & let me tell you.. they NEVER disappoint! We always get the tapsilog plate with a pineapple cooler. I noticed that they recently started adding garlic fried bits onto their actual garlic fried rice & I'm not even about it! It adds that crunch you never knew you needed. I've been to other Filipino spots in the past to try their tapsilog plates, but i always find myself coming back & favoring Tapsilog Express!! It doesn't matter who the cook is that day, the food is ALWAYS on point. Therefore, you will never be disappointed. When we went for dinner earlier this evening, it was Chef Jun who cooked our food. One cashier/server, who stood out to me the most though was Marita! She was extremely welcoming & sweet. While we were seated, she kindly gave us utensils & napkins like a sweetheart! She definitely reminded me of my Nanay! If you're ever in the Hayward area or are itching to try some Filipino silog plates, please check out Tapsilog Express! I promise you won't regret it :)
