THIS PLACE WENT FROM BEING ONE OF THE BEST GEMS TO A PLACE THAT FEELS SO UNCOMFORTABLE TO EVEN SET A FOOT IN. I'VE BEEN TO THIS PLACE FOR OVER 10 YEARS, SINCE PANDEMIC HAVE NOT GONE. WE FINALLY WENT, THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE PERSON AT CASHIER SAID WHEN YOUR READY TO ORDER YOU COME HERE, BLINDED BY IT AS IS A RESTAURANT NOT A FAST FOOD SPOT I LOOKED AT HER AND ASK FOR THE MENU SHE LOOKS AT ME AND POINTS INFRONT OF HER TO GO GET IT MIND YOU, THERE ARE 3 OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO WORK THERE.....I LET IT PASS AND TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE COMING BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK AS THE FOOD ACTUALLY WAS GOOD THE WEEK PRIOR. WELL SERVICE WAS ONLY WORSE THIS TIME AROUND, THE WOMAN AT CASHIER LOOKED BOTHER BY JUST BEEN THERE TAKING OUR ORDER AS THE TIME PRIOR OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO ALSO WORKED THERE STANDING JUST THERE. WE GET OUR FOOD REALIZING I GOT CORN TORTILLAS ASKED IF THEY CAN BE SWITCHED TO FLOURONE OF THE EMPLOYEES RESPONSE WELL IF YOU DON'T EAT THEM THERE GOING TO THE TRASH AND I AM LOOKING AT HER LIKE OKAY IS FINE CAN I PAY FOR AN EXTRA ORDER OF TORTILLAS OF FLOUR. THE AMOUNT OF DISPLEASSURE THESE WOMAN HAVE BEING THEIR IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SERVED, ASIDE FROM THE FOOD FEELING SO RUSH THIS TIME AROUND AS WE GOT THERE AT 8 THEY CLOSED AT 10PM. Are you looking for amazing food, great service and the perfect blend of spices? This is your place! We had soft tacos: Chicken, Adovada, Birria and Carnitas. All were delicious! I found the chicken to be cooked, seasoned and chopped perfectly, placed in corn tortillas with onion and cilantro and resting on a bed of rice and refried beans. The sauces included plus an additional one which was extra spicy were exactly right! My husband enjoyed his three tacos but found that the Birria were so unique in flavor that he will be willing to drive the hour to Taqueria Jalisco for another chance to eat them! The woman behind the counter was patient, helpful and friendly. You can't go wrong stopping here for food. Fresh out of Logan airport, it was easy to find and really hit the spot. Oh, and the Horchata was nice and light with the right amount of cinnamon. We finished off the meal with rice pudding, again, done to perfection. You won't find anything better in the Boston area. And the bigger compliment is that you won't find anything better in San Diego either! Go here!
