why i gave them 1 star, cuz their service was really extremely poor, 1st i was helped my kids to babysitting their dog while they were on vacation, so i had chances to live on downtown Minneapolis, i was so excited to explore downtown Minneapolis supermarkets like target, trader Joe's, whole foods market, once i walked in the store n it was clean n small n not big as edina location, so i just walked around and looked for some foods in good deals, finally i found the salmon roe n price was ok, i took to cashier who worked on her register then finally she checked me out, then she realized that she accidentally gave me team member discount like maybe 2 dollars off, then she kept saying that i had to refund n re buying again, she dragged me to customer service, no one customers at all but only, those 2 customers service sales who worked at there n were really rude, i tried to find my Amazon account n didn't find it right away, so the sale kept asking me again n again, were u buying, yes of course i was buying, but i had to find my discount card 1st, she was unpatiently n rude to repeat same question again n again, there was no other customer behind me, so whats in hurry, before i bought the salmon roe, i was thinking maybe come back next time to get some things i like, now after their manner were so rude, im totally done with this location, im not going back to shop here, i wont recommend my friends shop at this location too, lol.
