While walking around the Redlands Farmer's Market one might get hungry. The market itself has all manner of items that you can go home and cook. They also have a few stalls that sell fruit cups and a few fried things ready to eat However, if you go out around the back... you can find a long row of outdoor eateries that have people waving you in to take a seat at one of the benches and dine on some authentic Mexican street food. The experience is truly as close to being in Mexico as you will get stateside. After walking the court; we chose Taqueria San Luis Potosi to try out. The ordering was quick. Lots of tacos and burritos and quesadillas on the menu. Its all made fresh and delicious. There is a tray on the tables with some chopped tomatoes and onions and a few other toppings. Salsas are brought out upon request. My vegetarian tacos were excellent. All fresh and simple. Heaped on some onions and tomatoes and salsas and down they went. The side of rice was.... ok. It lacked a little in flavor. Pump that up and 4 stars would be theirs. Of course, the only way to wash it all down was with a bottle of Mexican Coke! Viva La Miami
