For a place called TarTar they served a terrible steak tartar. Their tartar came with an overcooked fried egg, which is not how tartar is served. Considering it is the name of the restaurant, I am appalled at how badly it was presented. The server was very new and didnt know what he was doing. The bartender was very knowledgeable. The main dishes were good. But I wish I took a photo of the audacity of their tartar. A fried egg! Wth Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
