I came for the very reasonably priced lunch buffet. The flavors are delicious, the choices are plentiful. They have many vegan options as well. The welcoming staff are friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back soon. Vegetarian options: Lentils Chick peas Vegetables Many more available on the menu. I absolutely love Tara Kitchen. The food is always stellar. The space is pretty, but can feel a little crowded/loud if it's busy. It's an excellent option for meat eaters and vegans/vegetarians alike. Dine in for delicious mint tea with your meal. Vegetarian options: The Lentil with Artichoke, Olives, and Preserved Lemons Tangine is a favorite. This time I had Cabbage, Potatoes, and Peas Tagine. The dip trio appetizer is also a great vegetarian option. There are many other pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan options. This Guilderland restaurant is wonderful. Have been there 4 times, trying different selections on the menu. All were delicious! As soon as you walk through the door, you experience wonderful smells. Try this and I think you’ll go back many times. Let’s keep this great Moroccan food in Guilderland.
