I went to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and unfortunately I could see that the quality had dropped a lot. From the beginning, the girls warn that there is no more Japanese food on the menu. It is not part of the menu and has not been changed on Instagram. MISLEADING ADVERTISING, There is also NO pastry, NO pancakes, NO snacks, NO drumeete, NO gnocchi, NO ice cream, NO yaksoba or almost nothing on the menu. The all-you-can-eat menu consists of a dry miniburger, a single portion of greasy fries, salty ribs, a little shrimp swimming and drowning in the sauce, and horrible ready-made pizzas from the market. We can't forget the shrimp in coconut, pineapple and pumpkin, it was good but there's more sauce than shrimp. chipped dishes, crooked cutlery. Maguari juice full of sugar and no beer is sold on site. In short, terrible experience! not worth it. The team deploys thousands of units to serve the tables, with the restaurant full there were only two drawers in the room. One of them worked double duty as a waitress and cashier. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! I'm never going back! and I don't recommend the place to anyone... TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE AND TERRIBLE! Today I went to the restaurant to celebrate the birthday of a friend who follows you on Instagram and always wanted to go... the lack of respect for the consumer started with the WhatsApp service in the reservations department, a service that was not provided, even so We went in the hope that even without a reservation there would be tables available and thank God there was, even with the delay in the queue (understandable, as we didn't have a reservation after all) we entered the restaurant and the experience that had already started out bad, turned out to be worse. In the Instagram post, they informed that they served various things such as potatoes, pizza, shrimp in strawberries, churros, barbecue, Japanese food and much more, as they were serving I had unprepared waiters who, when asking if there was such a thing or if what was on the tray was from such a flavor, the answer I got was "girl, I don't know. I only serve what the kitchen staff makes", THERE WAS NO: PASTA BBQ JAPANESE FOOD (we even went for this dish in particular) PORK PICANHA SNACK CREPE SNACKS DONUTS (the "manager" claimed that the January post did not match the restaurant's menu) We spent more than 1 hour waiting for the brownie, more than 1 hour and a half waiting for the Nutella harumaki and when I asked to speak to the manager. the one that didn't have it was so awkward when I said that I had been waiting for more than an hour and a half for a simple harumaki that she went to the kitchen to see if it was about to come out and didn't come back. For my friend who was eager to go, I'm glad she was surrounded by joy, laughter and, above all, lots of love from family and friends because the experience itself was disappointing. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone!! TO THE OWNERS of the place.
