Small non-descriptive hole-in-a-wall bakery, one could easily walk past it without noticing that it was there. The bread is simple and rustic, hefty and satisfying, there's no enriched breads here. Grains used are local, and any additions like raisins and walnuts are organic. Bakeries like this are a rarity. Will continue to support! Coming earlier is recommended to avoid disappointment.
