Place was really in need of repairs No ice machine, using hands without gloves to make salads, extension cords all over the place I see why the owner wanted to remold the building Building is literally falling apart Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have had to deal with the really old building (and the issues that come with it) for over 10 years and none of the previous landlords ever wanted to fix things the proper way. I got the short end of the stick …Sorry for the inconvenience. I have had to deal with the really old building (and the issues that come with it) for over 10 years and none of the previous landlords ever wanted to fix things the proper way. I got the short end of the stick while trying every day to keep the restaurant open. I really did try my best to work with what I had and I wish people would see that and not fault me for things that were out of my control. Unfortunately in a couple short weeks, Tarsilla's will be permanently closed for good. Thanks for the reminder and validation of why I am making the life changing decision that I am. Worst experience ever! We recently moved to the area and decided to try this place out for breakfast…they had one server and about 5 tables including us and 3 that had dirty dishes on it. They greeted us and said we could sit wherever we wanted so we sat down at a table and the server was busy with a table that must have walked in right before us. On her way over to us she got more coffee or whatever for the table of older gentleman behind us. She then brings us menus and water and spills water trying to rush to set them down. With all the short staffing issues and everything else now days due to COVID we are always more than patient and aren’t worried about the little things. We understand how stressful it can be to be busy and have to run around helping multiple tables so we just wait patiently and always smile and tel our servers it’s okay when they are apologizing. She ran around helping everyone else and chatting with the cook about things not related to the job as we waited and would apologize every time she passed by us and would say she would be right there. This happened 3-4 times before she went over to clean the 3 dirty tables she still hadn’t offered us any coffee or anything besides the water she set down and it has now been almost 10 minutes since we sat down. Two older women walked into the restaurant at this point and the server stopped what she was doing and greeted them just as we had been greeted and they sat at the table next to us. Within seconds of them sitting down they got water and menus and were immediately offered coffee or something else to drink. This was a bit upsetting to us as we sat there now for over 10 minutes and wasn’t even offered anything besides water. She then went and got food and took it to a table behind us and then we figured she must be coming to our table and she did finally feel we deserved to be served she asked what we wanted and before either of us could say anything she said “oh wait hold on one second” and went back to a table behind us. I was so appalled that while we sat patient and understanding she was busy she continued to treat us as if we were less important than everyone else in the place. I got up and left and went somewhere else where I was served promptly upon entering and was treated as if I was a regular like anyone else who came in. We will now never be back. We will give our business to the other restaurants in town or drive to a surrounding town before ever stepping foot in there again. Horrible to treat people like this.
