If there is something that defines hospitality, it is the ability to adapt. Unfortunately, at Tasende Bar, that word does not seem to exist in their dictionary. We booked for 10 people after a civil wedding, but in the end there were 17 of us (including Japanese diplomats). The place was empty, with no other reservations in sight, and yet, instead of welcoming us with enthusiasm, we were met with a hostile attitude and a flat refusal to set up the tables. Is selling a problem for you? The suffocating heat was only aggravated by the absence of air conditioning and the presence of fans that did the minimum. But the worst thing was not the physical discomfort, but the absolute lack of will to attend to us. It was not a problem of space, but of attitude. In the end, we went to another place where they understood the basics: customers are human, and hospitality is an art that some simply don't master.
