Indian food is nice here. Most guests recommend trying nicely cooked chicken tikka, lamb masala and paneer. Don't forget to try good ice cream, kulfi and pudding at this restaurant. Here you may drink delicious marsala or good wine. It's nice to order great tea, coffee or mango lassi.
Taste of India with takeout dishes is suitable for those visitors who like to have dinner in a hurry. The positive aspect of this place is that the staff is patient. The Worst Taste of India Ever!! The ambience was fine. But it could not make justice with the food or service, not even for a single penny we paid. None of the food items had salt in them, spicy food was not spicy at all. The Daal Tadka did not have Tadka, just the boiled lentils with turmeric and some spices. The Indian food here desperately needs a good INDIAN chef. The wait time to get our food on table was about 30 minutes, the restaurant is understaffed. The food quantity does not justify the quantity - and I do not want to comment any further on the quality. That’s just how restaurants work during rush hours. Second of all, we make all of our curries per order, we aren’t a chain of any sort. Everyone’s tolerance for spice and salt are different, which you can always ask for more salt/spice if your tolerance is high. We’ve had many regulars who need more salt because their tolerance is high. Third of all, our chef IS Indian and has been cooking for almost 25 years now. Hope this helps!More
