Super cute place, but we were told to sit down more than an hour before closing and we weren't even offered menus for the 10 minutes we were sat there. There was one other table that had people sat, and they had already paid and were just hanging out. Despite being slow, the server just cleaned tables instead of checking on us. Taste of Saigon like many businesses has struggled with staffing, and they currently do not have any servers. Instead, you place your order at counter, and they call your name to come get your food when it is ready. I give them credit for adapting and continuing to serve delicious food. Also, the counter person made rounds with a water pitcher and checked on everyone. That was impressive. The food was very good. We got the egg rolls, which were crispy, hot, and flavorful. We also got one of the egg sautée dishes and the coconut curry. The coconut curry was so good. Taste of Saigon offers a unique experience, and they are making the best out of a difficult situation.
