I stopped in to buy a few items. The most unfriendly lady behind the counter asked me what you want. I was expecting a better reception, because I've been coming here for years. I mentioned to her the first two type donuts I wanted, then she asked how many donuts I was getting. I was going to order more, but she act like I was talking up her valuable time and I was the only customer. I paid and didn't receive a thank you or even "have a nice day". There wasn't a very big selection of donuts to choose from once again. What a shame. This location use to always have wonderful friendly employees and all the display cases were always full. I was here today at 10:15am.

I pretty much grew up at this Tastee Donuts for years it has way better options and tastes better than Krispy Kreme

My Husband Huey Breaux knew owner that passed away & their relations been a long time. Know relations, long time. My husband passed 7 years ago we always visited the pastry shop "Tasty Donuts" on W. Esplanade & Clearview. Mostly in the daytime. But tonight on W. Esplanade was where I was Q¹got my 6 Castle Cheese Burgers & a powdered cream donut. Well left to go home and decided to eat one. No cheese. I figured the lady adding me up was at the register the other had already walked in the back to cook didn't hear cheese burger. So turned around & went back. I had eaten 1 with no cheese I opened it
So all I wanted was the 5 burgers replaced with cheese burgers. Gave me one then other from back came with 2 bags one with my original 5 burgers no cheese now warmed with cheese & 4 new Cheese burgers. I was told the 1st ones had cheese it was to the back of the sandwich. Well I took them home because I ate one & had looked into another one. No cheese on one i ate or looked at. So I what can I say. Not eating them. Very disappointed. Go there because of respect for family them. So just disappoint
