Quite disappointing Sunday brunch certainly motivated by the waiting times, the intermittent service, the value for money and the environment itself (there was also no toilet paper in the bathroom and it was in dilapidated condition). I give three stars because it is certainly a place with a lot of traffic and there is every possibility that some misunderstandings could happen. Since it opened a few years ago, Tauer Bakery has always been a point of reference in San Salvario for vegetarians and vegans who wanted to try typically American products such as brownies and cupcakes. We are therefore sorry to note that over the years the quality of the food but above all of the service has deteriorated considerably. The last two times I've come, most of the produce and ingredients have already run out a few hours before closing time. This time in particular we waited about an hour for the food to be brought, but this is part of a broader discussion on the quality of service that needs to be explored. The waitress with short hair should definitely not work in contact with the public. She is rude, arrogant and clearly annoyed. He addresses customers without the slightest courtesy and sometimes yells things at you as he passes without even looking at your face, as if you were a dog. Once the portions were generous, today I ordered avocado toast with a side of potatoes and the "side" consisted of 5 counted potatoes (I'm not exaggerating).
