Horrible experience tonight. Dinner after a long day at work. Asked for options from waitress about spice level before i decided on my order and was advised they could accommodate. By the time my food came out, my partner had already finished his meal because the service was slow. When i got my food, though i asked for no spices, i was surprised to find not just green chillies but also red chillies. Sorry to say i had it taken back, lost my appetite, and billed out. When i spoke to the manger of my concern, Jessie J. he was unconcerned and unbothered. This is a far cry from the service Tavs used to provide. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000
