You can share nicely cooked calamari, chicken wings and crab legs with your friends and have a nice time here. Don't miss the opportunity to order good beer. The cosy atmosphere of this bar makes guests feel relaxed and have a good time. The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. If you want to enjoy nice service, you should go to TAVERN 51. Prices are found low here. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this place deserved 4.2.

I can safely say that I have never had food that was as good as they make there. One night I ordered the same dish twice to eat there and to take home...that's how good it is. It can be very easy to spend $100 in one sitdown because you can lose yourself there. If you are a single guy there are a lot of beautiful women there but after three attempts to find "Mrs. Right"there, I was let down. I deleted every number given to me...I can appreciate that everyone knows each other there but I feel like an outsider. With that being said, the food, the drinks along with the convenience of living down the road are great reasons to go there. It is one of the best places I've been to without question and that is no exaggeration. The food alone puts other places to shame, that much is clear. I've been to only a very few places where the food alone will compell you to go back again and again. This place is definitely one of them. Socially however, I'm having an extremely hard time fitting in and trying to find that special someone has proved to be very hard. Anyway, you'll instantly fall in love with the place. The crispy shrimp, egg rolls, and the chef's special chicken were all absolutely amazing. Service from the owner and bartenders was very friendly and welcoming. What are y'all putting in that tartar sauce!?!? It's the best tartar sauce I've ever had! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great food, massive selection on the menu, and it truly doesn't matter what you order, apparently; for example, I have ordered to-go food there on 4 separate occasions, each time ordering something completely different from the last order...well these talented individuals made meals for me and my family fit for ROYALTY! If you haven't found this slightly hidden GEM here in Charlotte, you should really stop in and check them out...if you choose to peruse their menu, you will certainly be astounded at what Tavern 51 can produce, and in closing, ITS GOING TO TASTE BETTER THAN YOU COULD IMAGINE!
