Taverna Alexandros in Parikia, Paros, left me utterly speechless. The service was so welcoming, making us feel like regulars from the get-go. Even with the place packed and every table occupied, they managed to seat us right by the marina – a real treat. Time seemed to slip away there – two hours felt like mere moments due to the smooth service. No waiting around, just a seamless journey through the meal, which was impressive given the crowd. Now, onto the food. We kicked off with saganki that set the tone perfectly. For the mains – grilled octopus and mussels – the octopus was lovely however mussels were not great.
