Having seen San Giovanni Battista dei Fiorentini, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Italian cuisine under the direction of the popular chef is great at this place. Eating nicely cooked focaccia, veal and ravioli is a nice experience here. Most guests recommend trying tasty gelato and good crème brûlée. It's a must while visiting Taverna Giulia to drink delicious cordial, beer or white wine. Great coffee will make your meal better and you'll surely come back.
This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Average prices are to be expected at this spot. You will certainly appreciate the cozy atmosphere and homey decor. But this restaurant hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Dirty looks from waiters, we left shortly after ordering. Scary. The place was empty, so it was clear no food would be wasted. After dining elsewhere, and walking back to the hotel, a waiter saw us and yelled at us. No food had been prepared. Can’t believe they’re in business ! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's a real shame to read that such a refined place enjoys an undeservedly low rating. It is the second time that I return to Taverna Giulia and I enthusiastically confirm the high level of the authentically Ligurian cuisine, the offer and the raw materials. I highly recommend the focaccia di Recco, served steaming hot a real spectacle! Followed by the trenette with pesto - the best I've ever eaten - and the crème caramel for dessert, simply sublime! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
