The fact I don't have any photos says a lot. As the dishes were served we digged in. This is the kind of restaurant you can come to and when you are offered fresh caught fish, you really know it is fresh. And if fish is not your weapon of choice, beef tatar is to die for. The best I have had in my life. To bring all those aromas together is a wonderful wine list, we chose Stina wine which come from this Island as well. Definitely coming back next year, we might have to to have dinner one more time before we leave. One more special thank you, to our waiter ! We visited the place for a late lunch... And the food was exceptional! We ordered the lamb chops and the sea bass both of which were cooked to perfection. The chef is truly gifted and talented. They also served us some lamb pate as an entree which was super yumm... The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be dreaming about that meal for a while... Take a look at the reviews over on Tripadvisor. There's a common theme: tourists must beware of ripoffs, upselling and attempts to separate you from your money. Our experience bears this out. The menu offers fresh, grilled fish for 650 kuna. It does NOT say per kg. They attempted to charge us 1400 kuna for an unevenly cooked fish, alleging that we should know the price was per kg. A half hour of persistent negotiations with management finally got us a revised bill. Waiter repeatedly attempted to fill our wine glasses to move us onto another wine. Avoid like the plague.
