The ambience is probably a little different than usual due to the tide! We definitely ate the best gyros in the box here today after a long hike!! Top quality very friendly service and we just felt comfortable! Every now and then when we are on the Ahr! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today the three of us ate “in” the Taverna Sirtaki. Unfortunately, the flood has severely damaged the beautiful building and it is currently being renovated (we wish you much success!), but necessity has been turned into a virtue and a "shack" has been opened in front of the restaurant with a few seats under umbrellas. The food (gyro plate, souvlaki, bratwurst) was excellent - if it's so good outside in the makeshift kitchen, how good would it be in the restaurant? The service was very nice and fulfilled every wish. There was also a lollipop for our “big one” as a farewell. We will certainly be back when we are in the area and hopefully back to the restaurant then! Thank you for your hospitality! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
