We ate lunch at this quiet traditional taverna on the Bay of Athos and were really impressed. The food was delicious, local and home made. The shrimp and meatballs (sujukaka) were the best we have eaten in Greece and the Greek salad was a lot better than the usual ones we eat here. We ate here in late September so it was filled with locals (and the local cats - always a good sign). The coffee and ice-cream are complementary!
