Just left the place Nice location Refreshment (You can only work with tourists) We had two sandwiches with meat, Cold Sandwiches (obviously changed - Chianina meat (the waste I would say) place to avoid! Since you elegantly replied to me, I would like to modify this review by adding that the dish served with a sandwich and meat was not allowed to cool down by us, because as soon as it was served at our table we called the waiter showing the sandwich not heated at all, which even the waiter too was honest to admit the mistake , already after 5 precise minutes from the order that everything arrives, it lets you understand how the order was structured! For the fries, on the other hand, we had consumed 5/7 per number, the right number of potatoes served. So before writing justifications, try to write true things and as I do on my reviews despite having a restaurant business, sometimes it is enough just to accept the mistake, constructive criticism and invite the kind customers to come back with the utmost care and due guarantee. We point out that when you asked to reheat the "abandoned" hamburgers, we did so and the sandwich was served to you with the addition of new fries, since you had only eaten those... it seemed kind to you. The chef points out that our burgers are ABSOLUTELY MADE OF CHIANINA MEAT WITH A CERTIFICATION WHICH WE ARE WELL WILLING TO SHOW THEM.
