Was looking forward to trying this place and stopped in with a friend. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is kind of cold and more on the modern side. Pizza was okay, but felt like it lacked flavor. I have high pizza standards and it just felt like they missed the mark. this is the best pizza in Norman, please support these guys. They are doing something really special with incredibly clean ingredients, sourdough bread, and pizza crust with organic flour. This is the only pizza in town that doesn’t make my stomach hurt. They are wonderful. Thank you ! My first visit to Tavola Pizzeria this afternoon and I found a new FAV! What fun ! The ambiance of the "kitchen" (in plain sight) was a delight. And everything was sparkling as new ! The young men employees were so pleasant, relaxed and helpful! My selections, Margarita Pizza and Caesar Salad looked like a picture from a magazine page and certainly a gift for the palate. I look forward to trying more of this tempting, awesome menu!
