I have ordered from TAWA Catering many times for our family gatherings. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and everyone asks where it came from. Jay and his team take care of everything, and they even provide servers for home and backyard events. Very happy with their service. Will definitely order again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Tawa today and unfortunately did not have a pleasant dining experience. I ordered the Garlic Naan and Chicken Tikka Masala. The naan appeared either hastily prepared or simply reheated before service. The garlic topping was poorly incorporated, with large pieces falling off as I ate. It also lacked the characteristic light crispness and char one would expect from a freshly baked naan. Instead, portions of it were overcooked, resulting in a burnt and noticeably bitter aftertaste. The Chicken Tikka Masala was equally disappointing. The chicken itself had a coarse texture, and the dish carried an unpleasant bitterness that overpowered the spices and richness typically associated with a well-balanced tikka masala. The flavors felt unrefined and lacked the depth and creaminess expected from the dish. Overall, the quality of the food fell well below expectations, and I was unable to finish my meal. Tawa Express is hands down one of the best spots in Bridgeport right now. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and creative. Highly recommend the lamb taco and lamb samosa both are packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. The pizza is surprisingly amazing, with a great crust and generous toppings. Their protein bowls are another standout super filling, well-balanced, and perfect if you’re looking for something healthy but satisfying. What I love most is the variety you can find everything from comfort food to high-protein options all in one place.
