I had the most unforgettable experience at Tea Avenue Jawatte last Saturday night, thanks to my amazing fiancée who arranged a special "Marry Me" proposal there. It was my first time dining at Tea Avenue and must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one exceeded our expectations. The Oreo milkshake was absolutely delicious and the Karak chai added a nice touch of warmth. The hot and spicy crispy chicken burger with potato wedges was flavorful and packed with a great kick. The pancakes with strawberries and fresh cream were a perfect sweet treat and both the Mac & cheese pasta and creamy chicken pasta were rich and comforting. Also loved the creamy mushroom pasta with smoked chicken – a unique and savory dish that stood out. The spinach and sweet potato wedges were a lovely side, providing a nice balance to the meal. Overall, the ambiance was lovely, the service was excellent and the food was top-notch. The total bill came to Rs. 18,040, but it was definitely worth every penny for such a memorable evening. Tea Avenue Jawatte is now one of my favorite spots and will definitely be returning for more amazing meals. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and great flexibility. Spoke to the Marketing Team and booked the Board Room at Jawatte from 6-10 am on a Tuesday to watch the US College Football National Championship. They were customer oriented and allowed us to use the room from 6 am despite outlet opening at 7am. Food is delicious and portions are large. Service was brilliant.

Went for High Tea at the One Galleface outlet on 14th Dec 20.
Really disappointed with the food as it tasted bland and the cake was not moist at all.
Not worth the money spent.
