So I ordered via the Delivery Order application and then there was an error from the outlet with my order being incomplete. Then I complained to customer service and the reply was normal without apologizing. I felt bad for the driver because he had to deliver my drink twice. Suggestions for the future are to focus more on online purchases so as not to harm other parties. Apart from that, communication is also important so there should be at least an apology due to the outlet's negligence as CS. Dissatisfaction with the tea break service, the quality of the taste has also decreased. (θ‿θ ) Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: Rp 1–25,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
