I was going to The Tea Garden Restaurant Christmas Eve. I was told by a Customer he called 2 hours ago and he was still waiting. I went someplace else. However I called for Chinese on Christmas. Their was no wait. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was there before that. I got home no my food was cold. I ordered a Pu Pu Platter for 2 and I got 1 spare rib and 1 piece of chicken. You usually get 2 pieces of everything. The egg rolls were not fully cooked. I have raved to people that this is the best Chinese restaurant in Concord. I'm not sure what happened. Is it under new management because it was different people at the counter. I was fully disappointed.
