I live too far from the shop so order online. I appreciate the sustainability aspect of using second hand packaging, but a used shoe box?! Moreover, the hairs found in it have deterred me from ordering again. What a shame as the teas are all delicious.

Popped at random to get out of the rain. I wish I'd been in before; the selection of teas is fantastic. The cranberry brownie was one of the nicest brownies I've ever had. I will definitely be back.

We had a fabulous afternoon tea at Tea Inc. They had unusual teas and the biggest selection of rooibos tea that I have ever seen outside of South Africa! The food was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the staff flexibility of substituting a soft drink for tea/coffee in the set price.
