Gorgeous garden style cafe alongside a lovely river with the most delicious fluffy light scones, creamy cake, tasty teas and coffee. Everything was served on delightfully decorative crockery and cutlery. Only a short walk from the station, this is a lovely place to have a relaxing break from hectic central Tokyo.
